Aspiring candidates can download the syllabus from the NEET official website. The main subject covered in NEET are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The syllabus of NEET, comprises the topics covered in state boards such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, COBSE, of class 11th and 12th. This will help the candidates to focus on each topic. For the better understanding, the NEET syllabus is divided into two parts.
National Medical Commission of India (NMC) has released the NEET syllabus. As per notification NMC has reduced the topics from the syllabus. NEET reduced syllabus 2024 PDF has been published. The topics has been reduced from all three subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

NEET Exam Pattern
Let’s talk about NEET-UG examination pattern. NEET-2024 comprises four subject and each subject has two sections A & B. Section A consists 35 questions and section B consists 15 questions out of these 15 candidates can choose 10 questions.
- Candidates will be rewarded 4 marks for each correct answer and -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong attempt.
- No marks will be given for unanswered questions.
- If more than one option is correct +4 marks will be given to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
- If all options are to be correct +4 marks will be rewarded to all those who have attempted the question.
