MP NEET Counselling 2024: Eligibility, Seats, Dates & Registration

MP NEET Counselling 2024 will be held by the Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh. The DME, MP is the conducting authority of all the NEET counselling events in the Madhya Pradesh. DME will conduct the counselling for all the government and private medical college of the state. To participate in the counselling events candidates, need to visit the DME Madhya Pradesh official website.

The counselling process will be online at DME portal. DME will allot the seat on the basis of NEET merit, seat availability, reservation and choice filling. Candidates who meet the minimum required cut off are eligible to participate in the MP NEET counselling procedure.

The DME will conduct the counselling only for 85% seats in state quota. Remaining 15% seats are reserved under All India Quota. There are four rounds of the counselling first round, second round, mop-up and stray vacancy round. If seats are vacant in the first and second rounds, mop-up and stray vacancy rounds will be conducted.

MP DME will release the notification regarding counselling process and schedule on official website. Admission on both MBBS and BDS seats will be filled by MP NEET counselling 2024. MP NEET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want MBBS admission in India, should participate in MP state quota counselling. There are certain eligibility criteria to follow-

• Candidates should be minimum 17 years old as per December, 2024.
• Candidates looking for MBBS in India must meet the required educational qualification. He/she has studied 12^th with physics, chemistry, biology and English from a recognized board.
• Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks in 12^th class (General category).
• Candidates must be NEET qualified with valid score.
• Candidates must be domicile of MP. Candidates who have completed their education from the state but are not the resident of MP, can also apply.

Profile Creation and Registration

Visit the DME, MP official website and create your profile with required details. Profile creation is the first step that comes before the registration. Once you have completed profile creation process, now it is time to do registration. Complete the registration process at official website of DME.

Pay Application Fee

There is a prescribed counselling fee to participate in counselling. Applicants may deposit application fee online through debit/credit cards or net banking.

Choice Filling

Participate in choice filling process as per counselling schedule. Candidate require to fill their choices at official portal. To do choice filling login on official website with user id and password. Add the colleges to your choice list and re-arrange. Save your list and lock the choices. Don’t forget to download the confirmation of page of filled choices.

Allotment List

The DME will release allotment list publicly on the basis of seats availability, reservation, cut off, and choices you have filled.

Report to the college for document verification

Report to college with the allotment letter and supporting original documents. Reporting to college is mandatory step to confirm your admission.
