Eligibility Criteria to Study MD MS In Nepal

- The candidates must hold MBBS degree from a recognised university or equivalent.

MD MS Admission Process in Nepal
MD MS admission in Nepali institution is a wise decision if you are not able to clear NEET-PG Entrance exam. From the year 2021, Medical Education Commission, Nepal has started a common entrance exam for the PG medical aspirants. You can pursue PG in Medicine in two ways.
- If Indian candidate are not qualified NEET-PG in India, then you have to appear on MECEE PG. After appearing in MECEE, you don’t have to appear on any other entrance exam for MD/MS admission Nepal. The Degree acquired from Nepal in equivalent to Indian PG degree.
- If you have passed NEET-PG in India than MECEE is not compulsory. But the opportunities are limited because the counselling will be conducted on the seats that are left after the Counselling of the candidates appeared in MECEE PG entrance exam.
The admission process is something like, first of all the examination will be conducted. After the announcement of the results, the candidates will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds on the basis of merits and rank.
