Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- The candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in their 12th-grade curriculum.
- Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for reserved categories).
Age Limit
- The candidate should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete it by December 31st of the admission year.
Domicile Criteria
- For state-level seats (AP MBBS seats), the candidate must fulfill the domicile requirements set by the authority.
- Non-AP students may apply for All India Quota (AIQ) seats if they meet the eligibility criteria.
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) Requirements
- NEET-UG is a nationwide medical entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
- It is mandatory for candidates to qualify NEET-UG to be eligible for admission in Andhra Pradesh, whether for government or private medical colleges.
MBBS Admission Process In Andhra Pradesh
The selection of the candidates will be offered through NEET UG results. The candidates who have passed NEET entrance examination will be called for the counselling session.
